The spending bill that Congress has compromised on includes money to build additional combat jets built by Boeing in north St. Louis County, including five F/A-18 Super Hornet fighters and seven EA-18G Growler electronic attack planes, according to members of the Missouri delegation.
Rep. Ann Wagner, R-Ballwin, called it a “big win for St. Louis, national security, and most importantly our war fighters.”
