Meet Ann
Being your Congresswoman has never been a job for me, it is a calling. The work I do in Congress is personal. The Second Congressional District - to me and my family - is home.

Born and raised in Missouri, Ann Wagner understands our conservative Christian family values.
Working alongside her parents at their small retail carpet store in Manchester, Carpetime, she learned the value of a dollar, a strong work ethic, honesty, integrity, and that government ought to get out of the way and off the backs of hard-working Americans.
These values continue to guide her today as she works to cut taxes and eliminate burdensome regulations so local businesses, like her parents’, can grow and create more jobs and put more money in the pockets of hardworking Missourians.
Ann took her experience with the family business to Mizzou and studied Business Administration. After college, Ann went to work in the private sector and held management positions at Hallmark Cards in Kansas City and Ralston-Purina in St. Louis.
She felt called to serve Missourians and her community, which is why she ran for Congress and won. In Congress, she has been a conservative fighter for our Christian family values.
Ann has been a leader in Congress in the fight to protect victims of human trafficking and sexual assault, and she authored the Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act, which gives states and victims of human trafficking the ability to hold online platforms accountable for facilitating sex trafficking. She also secured critical funding for rape kit testing by getting her Debbie Smith Act signed into law.
She understands that the cost of groceries and gas has made life challenging for Missouri families, and she has worked to bring down the cost of living for working parents. Ann voted for the Working Families Tax Cut to prevent the largest tax increase in history and make sure you keep more of your hard-earned dollars by removing taxes on tips, overtime, and Social Security.
Ann has worked to defend the right to life, and she introduced the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act to ensure medical attention is provided to those who survive an abortion. Any baby born - as a result of a botched abortion or not - should have access to medical care. She will always be a fighter for our most vulnerable.
Ann has also worked to protect our neighborhoods and communities from violent criminals and sex offenders by building the wall at our southern border. As we saw under Joe Biden’s Administration, open border policies have allowed opportunities for illegal immigrants and terrorists to enter our country and our neighborhoods. Ann is continuing to work to ensure these violent criminals are held accountable, and our border is secured.
She has fought back against radically liberal policies that put criminals over the safety of our neighborhoods, and she will always back our men and women in blue who put their lives on the line to keep us safe.
Ann will always make sure that men are kept out of women’s sports so girls and young women can safely compete and earn scholarships they deserve.
She will also use her business experience to get Washington’s spending under control and ensure your taxpayer dollars are used efficiently and effectively.
Ann is the conservative fighter with a proven track record of getting things done in Washington. She’ll always fight for our conservative Christian values.
Ann and her husband, Ray, are blessed with three children, two daughters-in-law, and six grandchildren.
